- Payment data: billing name, address, and payment card details processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store raw card numbers.
- Communications: messages you send to our support team.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, tap/scan events on your NFC card, and time spent on the platform.
- Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.

Information from Third Parties
- If you connect a social account (Google, LinkedIn), we receive basic profile data you authorise.
- Analytics partners may share aggregated demographic data.

- Service providers: hosting (Vercel), payments (Stripe), email (Resend), analytics — bound by data-processing agreements.
- Public profile: your eCard profile page is public by default. You control what content appears there.
- Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred (you will be notified).
- Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. If you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
